Cocktails for Critters
Well, I wish you guys lived near me. I found out today that there is a "Cocktails for Critters" event every 4th Thursday at Jillian's On Southend in Charlotte. (Jillian's is a big kid arcade land.) It was for people to bring their doggies to socialize and to help raise money for the Charlotte Humane Society. I finally talked my mom in to riding over there with me, so we piled up the Bostons and Storm and away we went. There was a mixture of dogs there. We all had a good time. Storm was the perfect princess! Here are a few pictures. The picture below is Storm and Roxy. She was another princess there. What an adorable and friendly girl. 
The cute little brown dog above, his name was Marley. The BIG Great Dane, her name was Madison. I think everyone had a great time!

OH WOW!!! Now THAT does look like FUN!!! And I can see all the dogs loved it too. Just look at the smiles!
We are trying to get a pittie get together hopefully weekly so we can continue to socialize our dogs. It all depends if people have the proper high fence on their property as to if we can do it. Then they do not have to be muzzled.
Sounds funny when now you are looking to people that have high fences to bring our dogs to. Well maybe not funny...maybe more sad, but you know what I mean.
So tell me, what did the poochies get to drink for their cocktail??? LOL
Well, the doggies cocktail was an H20 on the rocks... well, minus the rocks. But it was all fun. The bad thing about it, is all 3 of the dogs are soooo finiky, they will not drink out of a public watering hole. *geesh* Luckily, we brought along our little water bottle with a bowl attached. Storm did drink out of a bowl 1 time, but that was because the waitress just put the bowl down & filled it up with fresh water.
That's really sad about having to find a high fence. But that's really good trying to get together to socialize all the pitties.
That settles it, you & all your pittie buddies need to move down here!!! *giggle*
LOL Wouldn't THAT be something!!! Michael Bryant would wonder where his province went! And NC would wonder why all of a sudden people were all talking with Canadian accents...although we'd all tell you guys, that it's YOU that has the accents as Canadians don't. LOL
Plus thing of the Pit bull explosion. Are you going to put us all up or should we bring tents? ROFL
Well my bedrooms are small, but I do have a living room and a loft, both with couches & also a back yard! So tents are welcome!
PS: I admit, I have a good ol' southern accent!
