Oh what a day....
Since the place that I work for was, for the most part, shut down since Friday, I decided to sit outside on my laptop and read a few blogs while catching a few rays, as I'm doing now. I tell you, this is the life, I wish I was one of those people that could do this all the time. I have to sit in an office setting 8 hours a day 5 days a week. The only lighting I get is flourescent. *sigh*
Well of course while I was out, I had my dear, sweet, adorable 
American Staffordshire Terrier, Storm, out. She enjoyed her time out, she had plenty of time to sniff all the pee-mails, read the nightly news and novels that had been left by roaming dogs. Luckily there was a breeze blowing so it felt pretty good outside.
You can see the corner of my laptop in a couple of the pictures.
The last two pictures are of today. It's about 87-90 degrees F , but luckily again, there is a nice breeze blowing. It kind of feels like when you're out on the beach except the only noise is cars going by and not waves crashing on the shore. Oops there I go daydreaming.
Since we were outside, I gave Storm a big treat! She's chewing on a bone. She loves it. 
Well, my battery is going dead, so I guess I'll have to log off for now.

Looks like you had a lovely and relaxing day. Mom worked from home today but she actually worked, and we don't have a yard. Mom did take me out for a nice walk around the lake after she finished her work though, and it was nice having her at home. Every once in a while I would go over to where she was working on the laptop and talk to her.
Nice! I wish I could have sat this weekend instead of cleaning up the yard. It's actually pretty nice out here, but not as warm as you've got it there. Storm looks like she's having a blast!
You and Storm really had some real R & R. I will be having my usual in a few months from now - tropical sun, beach, reggae music, nature hike …and so on : ) I love to be one with nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the daily life living in a concrete jungle :)
What a wonderful time the two of you had just relaxing and enjoying being together.
Hopefully by this time next year, we will be able to do the same. *fingers crossed*

Last weekend I got to stay outside ALL day with my university human while she layed on the hammock and studied her brains out! She managed to get a little sunburn on her face though becasue we were out for so long! She will be home again in a few days!
Looks like storm is having a grand day.
We both had a great day...and again today!
Storm is walked quite a bit. But she is also on weight management diet because she had gotten a little plump due to her paw-paw giving her all sorts of treats.
